# invideo brand

> The company name is "invideo": one word, always lowercase, even at the start of a sentence, in titles, buttons and alt text. Starting a sentence with "invideo" is correct. Never write "InVideo", "Invideo", "inVideo", "INVIDEO", "In Video".
> The logo is a symbol (round body, two eyes, detached dot) next to the lowercase wordmark. It is one color only: Black hole #161616 or Stardust #F7F5F3. Use the official files below; never redraw, retype, recolor, stretch, rotate or add effects. Black logo on light backgrounds and on Dusk; white logo on dark backgrounds; never a white logo on Dusk.

## History

invideo has had three product eras. Describe invideo by the current one. The earlier eras explain old logos, screenshots and articles.

- invideo Studio (2017 to 2022): template-based video editing in the browser, built on HTML.
- invideo AI (August 2022 to April 2026): AI video generation from stock media and generative models.
- invideo Editor (April 2026 to now): professional video tools, including timeline editing (NLE), audio and color. Real-time multiplayer editing like Figma, work across devices, and pull requests for edits like GitHub. Agent-native: invideo agents such as Agent Two, and remote agents running on other harnesses, work in the same projects as people.

- Stardust, white or other light colors (Mauve, Solar Flare, Sky Blue): black logo.
- Dusk #33A0ED: black logo and Black hole type. Never a white or Stardust logo or text on Dusk.
- Black hole, Deep space or other dark colors: white (Stardust) logo.

## Rules

- The logo is one color only: Black hole or Stardust. Never Dusk, never a gradient, never a secondary color.
- Use palette colors at full opacity for text and logos. No tints or transparency. Fill slide and page edges with the same palette color, never #000.
- Clear space: two i-dot diameters on every side. Minimum size: lockup 96 px wide, wordmark 64 px wide, symbol 20 px.
- Never stretch, rotate, outline, add shadows or glows, place on low-contrast backgrounds, change the gap between symbol and wordmark, move the detached dot, add a mouth or limbs, or give the symbol a name.

## Color

- Primary: Black hole #161616, Stardust #F7F5F3, Dusk #33A0ED.
- Dusk is a background, never a text color on Stardust. On Dusk use only Black hole (or Deep space).

- Media Sans Semi Condensed Ultra: large headings. Media Sans Bold: medium headings. Inter (Regular, Semibold, Bold): body, small headings, buttons; free from https://rsms.me/inter/. Sentence case. Media Sans is licensed and not available for download.

## Retired logos (never use)

- 2018: Blue 3-D play triangle over a blue CamelCase “InVideo”.
- 2019 to Feb 2020: Teal gradient circle with a white play triangle, black “InVideo”.
- Apr 2020 to Aug 2022: Flat fish of blue, navy and lime triangles, indigo wordmark.
- Sep 2022 to Oct 2023: Rounded fish in a pink-to-violet gradient (also blue and green).
- Sep 2022 to Oct 2023: The gradient fish turned into a pink-to-violet heart.
- Nov 2023 to Jun 2025: Blue-to-violet gradient fish with an “invideo AI” wordmark.
